The Bazar Neptune is a Saturday outdoor market on the Neptune Drive-In grounds in Shediac, New Brunswick. By stepping onto the grounds, all guests agree to the following. We keep things simple here, but we do keep things. Consider this the fine print at the bottom of the invitation.
The Bazar Neptune is a place for curiosity, community, and the occasional delightful find. We ask that all guests treat vendors, staff, and fellow wanderers with courtesy and respect. Disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour will result in removal from the grounds. Management reserves the right to deny entry or escort any guest from the premises at its sole discretion.
Guests attend the Bazar Neptune at their own risk. Shediac des Merveilles Inc. is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred on the grounds.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the Bazar grounds, with exceptions for infant necessities (baby food, formula, breast milk) and medically required items. On-site food service is available through our resident caterers.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed at designated licensed areas on the grounds. Cannabis products, in any form, are not permitted on the premises.
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. Please respect the boundaries and dispose of materials responsibly.
All persons, bags, and parcels may be subject to search upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any bag, container, or item we deem inappropriate for the grounds. We recommend travelling light.
The following items are not permitted on the Bazar Neptune grounds:
– Outside food or drink (exceptions noted above)
– Outside alcohol or cannabis products
– Glass containers (excluding small medical or infant containers)
– Recreational devices including drones, remote-control toys, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and rollerblades
– Any item deemed harmful, disruptive, or dangerous by staff or security.
Service animals are welcome, and pets of newly all kinds are allowed on-leash.
The Bazar Neptune is a photogenic place. Guests are welcome to photograph and record for personal, non-commercial use. Photographing or filming vendors, their products, or their booth setups for commercial purposes requires written permission from the vendor in question and from Bazar Neptune management.
The Bazar Neptune operates rain or shine, but reserves the right to close or evacuate the grounds during electrical storms, high winds, or otherwise dangerous conditions.
Lost items may be reported to or retrieved from the Information Tent. Items unclaimed after 30 days become the property of the Neptune Drive-In Theatre. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The Bazar is family-friendly by design, and we intend to keep it that way. Unattended children may be brought to the Information Tent, where a parent or guardian will be summoned (gently, but firmly).
