All vendors must submit a completed application and receive written confirmation before reserving a booth. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Bazar Neptune management. We curate for quality, variety, and fit. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot.
All vendors are required to carry a minimum $2,000,000 general liability insurance policy. Vendors who do not carry their own policy may purchase coverage through the event organizer. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the market date. Policies must name “Shediac des Merveilles Inc.” as an additional insured.
Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting booth throughout the market day. This includes proper waste disposal, safe product display, and a general air of “we care about this.” Booths left in disarray at the end of the day may be subject to a cleaning fee.
Your booth is your domain, but it exists within ours. Signage, displays, and decorations mustn’t obstruct neighbouring booths, pathways, or sightlines. All setup must remain within your assigned footprint.
Vendors may not sell the following at the Bazar Neptune:
– Prepared food (all food service on the grounds is handled by our designated caterers)
– Firearms, functional weapons, or ammunition
– Illegal substances of any kind
– Counterfeit, trademarked, or unlicensed goods
– Items deemed unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate by management
Management reserves the right to request the removal of any product at any time.
We value transparency. Vendors must accurately represent their goods, including materials, origin, and method of production. If you make it by hand, say so proudly. If you don’t, say so honestly.
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup window and be market-ready by opening time. Early departure is not permitted without prior approval from management. Teardown begins only after the market officially closes. Specific times will be communicated in your Merchant Agreement.
Booth rental fees, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms are outlined in the Merchant Agreement provided upon acceptance. A summary: early cancellation may qualify for a partial refund; late cancellation does not.
Electricity is available for an additional fee and subject to capacity limitations. Vendors requiring power must declare this on their application. Quiet inverter generators are permitted with prior approval only. No open flames.
Vendors are the face of the Bazar. We expect courteous, professional, and welcoming interactions with all guests. Aggressive sales tactics, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of fees.
The Bazar Neptune celebrates makers, creators, and curators. We strongly favour original, handmade, and locally sourced goods. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Be excellent. To your neighbours, to your guests, to the grounds. The Bazar Neptune is a place where people come to discover something worth finding. We are all mad here, but we are mad with purpose.
By participating in the Bazar Neptune, vendors grant Shediac des Merveilles Inc. permission to photograph and film their booth, products, and likeness for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing prior to the market date.
Vendors are responsible for the safety of their own booth, products, and setup. Shediac des Merveilles Inc. is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. All vendors attend and participate at their own risk.

Bazar Neptune is held on the grounds of the Neptune Drive-In Theatre. 693 route 133, Pointe-du-Chêne, NB. E4P 4Z9. (506) 351-0367; info@neptuneshediac.ca
